The challenge is increasing. Tightening regulations and citizen lawsuits mean that industrial and construction companies need to take a proactive approach to stormwater management. Complying with regulations can be costly, but responding to an enforcement action can cost much more. And while new technologies can help, adherence to a properly developed Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) remains essential.
